To pay online, simply click on 'Resident Services' located on the Summer Oaks homepage, then 'Pay Rent', then 'Click Here to Pay Rent'. You will be redirected to PSN, our payment processor, where you can register to pay online. (Make sure to have your bank account number and your bank's routing number on hand.) Once registered, future payments are an easy 3-step process!
Payments can also be made over the phone by calling (877) 390-7368. Your first call will reach a PSN Customer Service Rep who will register you and take your first payment. All future calls are easy automated payments in which you can call and make 24/7!
Getting registered with PSN allows you access to print receipts, view payment history, or set up Auto-Pay, which automatically drafts your rent each month so that you don't have to do anything! If you need help paying or getting registered, please call PSN at (877) 390-7368.
